Parking Information

Operation and parking of vehicles on the campus of CSU Hayward is regulated and enforced pursuant to the California Vehicle Code.

Responsibility is charged to the Chief of Police to develop and maintain policies and procedures designed to facilitate the effective and efficient use of the parking and traffic systems of the Hayward and Contra Costa campuses.
