Application Process

How to Apply for Fall 2008 1. Complete and return the CSUEB Housing Application, with the $30 (non refundable) application fee as soon as possible. 2. A Housing License Agreement Packet will be available in Spring 2008 to applicants with verified acceptance to the University. The packet will contain payment information; the Student Housing License Agreement; and immunization, emergency, and insurance request forms. 3. Return all the required information and payment by the date indicated. However, the earlier the license agreement and payment arrives, the more likely the preferences concerning accommodations and roommates can be honored

Housing Priorities

First Time Freshmen receive priority for on campus housing. A small number of spaces may be available, on a yearly basis, for incoming transfer and continuing students.

Space Reservations

Space reservations are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, based upon receipt of all required documents and information and the appropriate payment. You are encouraged to complete and return your housing application and licensing information as early as possible. Confirmation letters are sent to those provided a space reservation for housing.

Wait List

Returning the license agreement information and payment does not guarantee you will receive housing. Applicants completing the licensing process, but not initially provided accommodations, are placed on a wait list and contacted as cancellations occur.
