Landlord and Property Manager Information

Do you have a rental to list? Why not with us? We rely on the support of the community in providing housing options to our students. Each year, hundreds of students come to the CSUEB Housing office in search of suitable housing. By listing your available unit(s) with our office, you will will help in providing much needed housing to CSUEB students and faculty.

Online Off-Campus Housing

Throughout the year thousands of students from North America and worldwide will be looking for appropriate housing in our community in order to attend our school. Placing your rental listing on the csuhayward Off-Campus Housing web site will provide you with an instant international audience of prospective tenants seeking housing in our community.

You will now be able to list your rental property by category such as room for rent, shared accommodations, condo, house etc. and provide details such as availability, rent, proximity to amenities, smoking & pet policies and rental property features. This will enable prospective tenants to quickly and easily search for housing that meet their personal needs.

To help showcase your rental property we have added several advanced features such as the ability for you to add pictures instantly, provided detailed mapping and driving directions, 360o virtual tours, print feature sheets and a description box (HTML capable) to provide any additional information and details.

Apartment Guide

Every August, the Housing Office releases it's annual Apartment Guide. This is a listing is apartment complexes in the greater Hayward Area, with complex name, contact information, and current housing offerings with base prices. The current guide can be viewed here.
