Advising Services
General Advising
Undeclared Advising
- The UAC Advisors and Evaluators are available to assist regularly
enrolled CSUEB students and all undeclared majors or students who are
undecided about their current major.
- If you are an Extension or Open University student seeking advising,
please see our receptionists for referral information.
- If you are a Liberal Studies major, see the Liberal Studies department
in MI 4055, 885-3852.
- If you are an EOP student, please see your EOP Advisor in ST 160,
885-3571.
- For major advising, see your major department office for a referral
to a faculty advisor.
- New students to the university should attend orientation
prior to coming to the University Advisement Center.

New Student Advising
New students are strongly encouraged to attend New Student Orientation.
If you are a transfer student, questions about interpreting the Transfer
Evaluation Form will be covered at orientation.
