Career counseling is available to assist you with your MBA career-related
issues and concerns. In Hayward we are available on a drop-in basis Monday - Thursday 10:00am to 5:30pm,
Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm and by appointment at your convenience. The Career Development Center
(CDC) is located in Warren Hall 509. You may call (510) 885-3621 to schedule an appointment.
In Concord, Barbara is available from 10:30am to 6:30pm at the Academic Service Building, Room 117. Appointments are encouraged in Concord.
Evening appointments, phone appointments, and email consultations are available from both campus.
The CDC has six career counselors who are experienced professionals and
can support your career development in a variety of ways, including:
- Defining your career objectives
- Learning how to market your skills
- Developing a job search strategy
- Resume critiques
- Preparing for interviews/conducting practice interviews
- Planning career transition
