Bonnie Black is originally from Philadelphia, PA, where she received a BA from Temple University. She has been in the field of Employment Services for over 7 years. She has completed the Global Career Development Certification Program through the CA. EDD and Rutgers University, and was the 2004 and 2005 Chair of the Bay Area Job Developers' Consortium.

She is the liaison to the College of Education & Allied Studies, the contact for the Co-op Program, and the Advisor to Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity.
